Germany: Huppmann now officially part of GEA Process Engineering Division

On 13 April, after approval by the antitrust authorities, Huppmann AG officially became part of the Process Engineering Division of GEA Group AG.
Heinz-Jürgen Kroner (CEO), Anni Renner (COO) and Dirk Hämling (CFO) were appointed to the Executive Board of Huppmann AG.
"The Huppmann portfolio fits perfectly into the previous scope of supply of the GEA Group in the brewery sector. In the Process Engineering Division Huppmann will be the competence centre for the brewhouse sector and will continue to build complete breweries. The symbiosis with other GEA companies operating in the brewery industry leads to even stronger solutions and a complete range of products in the process area for our customers", Heinz-Jürgen Kroner explains the benefits of the takeover.
The former Members of the Executive Board Georg Brecht and Andreas Holleber will remain in the company and take over management tasks. Peter Fromm will leave the company by mutual agreement.
