USA: Molson Coors Brewing Company announces extension of exchange offer

Molson Coors Brewing Company announced on December 8 that it has extended its offer to exchange CDN$900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.00% Senior Notes due 2015 (the "Notes"). The Notes were issued by Molson Coors Capital Finance ULC (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Company) on a private placement basis on September 22, 2005. By Prospectus filed November 1, 2005 in all Canadian provinces by Molson Coors Capital Finance ULC, Noteholders were offered the ability to exchange their Notes for new notes issued under the Prospectus (the "Offer"). The Offer, previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., Toronto time, on December 8, 2005, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., Toronto time, on December 13, 2005, unless further extended.

Notes which have been validly tendered to the Offer to date and not withdrawn remain tendered and subject to the Offer. Holders who have already tendered Notes need not take any additional actions in order to tender their Notes.
