Brewing news Turkey: Changes in Efes Beer Group management

Efes Brewery announced on August 10, that in line with the rapid and dynamic growth of domestic and international beer businesses, the beer operations are restructured as 3 major divisions under the Efes Beer Group.

Accordingly Mr. Semih Maviþ has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Turkey, Mr. Serdar Bölükbaþý has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Russia and CIS, and Mr. Osman Mut has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of South Eastern Europe; effective 15 August 2005.

Mr. Semih Maviþ has joined the Efes Beverage Group in 1984 and currently is the CEO of Efes Breweries International N.V., managing the international beer operations. Mr. Maviþ will assume full responsibility of all Turkey Beer Operations.

Joining the Efes Beverage Group in 1984, Mr. Serdar Bölükbaþý currently acts as the General Director of Turkey Beer Operations.

Mr. Osman Mut has started his career in the Efes Beverage Group in 1982 and currently is the General Director of Developing Beer Operations.
