Russia, Khabarovsk: A powerful roadside bomb exploded near the Baltika brewery in Khabarovsk killing a car driver, the main police department for the Far Eastern federal district told Itar-Tass on Monday, March 28. Investigation groups are working at the site of the explosion. Presumably it was a remote-controlled bomb. A crater has been found at the roadside with wires stretching from it to the nearby forest.
