Brewing news USA, WI: Vintage Brewing Company to open a new brewpub in Cross Plains

Vintage Brewing Company is set to open a new brewpub in Cross Plains, WMTV reported on July 3.

The brewery, known for its craft brews and American-style food, will open on 1200 Main Street.

The historic location has served as the site for multiple businesses, starting in the early 1900s as the Hotel Livery & Stable. It continued on as Adler Hotel, Faust Bar (Pork & Babes), Brams, Maury’s, Ramys, Foxville Inn, PJ Muellers, Coaches Club and Dotty’s.

The company notes the Cross Plains location will serve 20 VBC brews on tap and include a classic menu. It will also feature a menu of spirits and spirit-free drinking options.

The building will also have a rentable banquet space with a private outdoor patio on the second floor. It can host up to 60 people.

The location is expected to open in September.

Vintage Brewing has two locations in Madison and one in Sauk Prairie. Its sister location, Vintage Spirits & Grill, is located in downtown Madison, near the UW-Madison campus.
