Ukraine: According to UkrAgroConsult, a decrease in the subsidy rate for European barley - by EUR 2 down to EUR 13.98/MT is a beneficial factor for the Ukrainian grain market. Probably, the reason for its decrease is that over 1.8MMT of barley had been already subsidized with the total intended volume making up 2MMT.
