Ukraine: Beer, malt output decline in January-September this year

Ukraine’s January-September beer output totalled 9.35 mln hl, 30.5% down compared to the same period last year, Ukrpivo reported earlier in October.

The trade association’s data excludes zero-alcohol beer and beer below 0.5% alc. by vol.

The nation’s malt production fell by 29.7% to 125,132 tonnes during the reporting period.
