South African Breweries plc and the Castel Group, Africa's 2 largest beverage companies have formed an alliance and wish to benefit from each other's expertise and combination of their resources to further explore the African beverage markets. Their operations are geographically complementary and therefore will enhance each others opportunity for growth.
