Joint-venture of BBH and Heineken

BBH (Bayerische BrauHolding AG) being part of the Munich Schörghuber Unternehmensgruppe, assets with stakes at the Paulaner Brewery, the Kulmbacher Brewery, as well as at the Inversiones y Rentas S.A. which owns shares of Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. in Chili. Together with Heineken, whose beer is obtainable in over 170 countries, they will use their joined export forces for growth in unexplored markets.
