Belgium: InBev confirms board member’s retirement and proposed his nephew as successor

Belgian brewing giant InBev confirmed that board member Philippe de Spoelberch will retire, and his nephew, Gregoire de Spoelberch, will be put forward as his potential successor, AFX News Limited reported February 22.

The issue will be on the agenda of the next board meeting in the coming weeks, said an InBev spokesperson.
