ホップぺレット９０タイプ
ホールホップは粉末状にして、円筒形の錠剤状に加工したホップです。添加物は一切使用しておりません。ホップオイルとレジンは結合剤として使用しております。
注１：α酸が低下すると、ホップの中にある酸化した他の成分が苦味をα酸の代わりとして作り出し、ホップの重要なオイル（アロマ用）とホップの新鮮さが失われます。
注2：以上の情報はご参考までにご利用いただきますが、実際にホップと一緒に使用される原料によっては異なるビールの味が作り出されますので、ご注意ください。
