Efes, the Dutch brewer, will soon be able to open its new USD 16m brewery in Kazakhstan, Dow Jones reports. The first drops will come out by the end of next month and increase to 50m litres per year, making the site one of the biggest breweries in the country. This will be the second brewery in the country for Efes Karaganda, the Efes unit operating in Kazakhstan, and will more than double its current output.
