India: Mohan Breweries ranks 70th in the BS 500 listing
Mohan Breweries Ltd (MBL) ranks 70th in the BS 500 listing of top unlisted companies in India in terms of sales in 2003- 2004, India Business Insight Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge posted on February 27. MBL announced a 14.27 % drop in net sales at Rs355.16 crore for 2003-2004.
Net profit fell by 29.56 percent to Rs13.99 crore while net worth grew by 14.44 percent to Rs110.89 crore. Operating profit margin was 19.35 percent, net profit margin, at 3.94 percent and return on net worth, at 12.62 percent. Debt-to-equity ratio was at 2.36.
