Canada: Russell Breweries’ shares have been approved for listing on CNQ
The common shares of Russell Breweries Inc. have been approved for listing on Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc. (CNQ), Canadian Corporate Newswire posted on May 16. There are approximately 8.7 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 4.6 million shares.
Russell is a regional producer and marketer of specialty draught beer in the Greater Vancouver, British Columbia area. The Issuer is dedicated to producing small batch premium beers such as Cream Ale, Amber Ale, Blonde Ale, Classic Lager and Lemon Ale.
