France: InBev France has recently announced the appointment of a new president. Sabine Sagaert will replace Philipp Vandervoort who will head the company’s Central Europe business unit. Vandervoort was president of InBev in France for two years.

InBev has regrouped its operations in Central Europe to cover Romania, Croatia, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

Sagaert joined InBev in 1997 and was regional officer responsible for sales, then national sales officer before becoming commercial director. In April 2003, Sagaert was appointed marketing director for InBev in Belgium.
