World: Lower barley prices reported across the board

Industry observers are reporting lower barley prices across the world, RMI Analytics said in their latest report.

Australia retains the position as the lowest price origin yet again; competitiveness is increasing from other origins. The decline of prices from the peak in May/June continues, with pressure coming from other crops (e.g. wheat).

At this time, the crop 2024 development has a long way to go still and in analysts� view limits further price declines for now.
