Russia: Beer production down 0.5% in January-May

Russian brewers produced 0.5% less beer in January-May as compared to the same period last year, TASS reported on June 16.

Total output over the first five months of the year amounted to 31.2 mln hl, Rosstat data showed.

In May alone, the nation’s beer production increased by 8% versus May 2019.
