USA: Anheuser-Busch to continue to sponsor FIFA World Cup

The FIFA World Cup tournament will still benefit trough 2014 from the sponsorship of the Anheuser-Busch brewing company, bottler of Budweiser beer. The contract extension agreement between FIFA and the international brewery company provides global sponsorship rights to the latest for the Confederations Cup tournament in 2009 and 2013. Being a proof to the huge interest to the football, this agreement is a reliable evidence of the opprtununity to attract more of the millions of adult beer drinkers and football fans, as it was revealed by the FIFA President, Sepp Blatter.

This year World Cup in Germany is exclussevly sposorised by the based in St. Louis, Missouri Anheuser-Busch. This way, eight World Cup tournaments will have been sponsorised by the well known brewer.
