UK: Carling leads UKs on-trade sales last year
Despite hospitality enduring a tumultuous year, data from drinks sales in the on-trade have revealed the UKs favourite beers for 2020, The Drinks Business reported.
Curfews, tier systems, nationwide lockdowns and substantial meals notwithstanding, drinks sales in the on-trade for the UK were strong when venues actually were allowed to open.
Data from The Morning Advertisers Top Brands to Stock in 2021 list has revealed the UKs favourite beers to buy in the pub in 2020.
So without further ado, here they are:

3. Carlsberg Danish Pilsner
4. Coors Light
5. Stella Artois
6. Peroni

9. Tennents
10. Birra Moretti

12. Kronenbourg
In the low- and no-alcohol beer category, Heineken 0.0 knocked Becks Blue off the top spot for the first time.
