Fase1: Miscelazione
-Aggiungere la macinatura in 80 litri di acqua a 45°C
-Ammostamento a 65°C: 40minuti
-Ammostamento a 70°C: 60minuti
Fase3: Bollitura
Durata: 2ore
Riduzione da 8 a 10%
-Dopo 15 minuti aggiungere il luppolo Magnum
-Dopo 100 minuti aggiungere il luppolo Styrian Golding, le spezie(bucce di arance amare) e lo zucchero.
-Eliminazione del precipito
Fase4: Raffredamento
Fase5: Fermentazione (20°C) (7giorni)
