Pay Now Terms and conditions
You may pay by bank transfer, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, American Express (AMEX) and PayPal.
Please ensure if you are using a credit card that you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card. Payment will be taken in Euros, and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

There might be some exceptions where certain payment methods won't be available. They will simply not be available to select.

The amount to be paid with credit card is mentioned as separate line in the invoice or another document issued by Castle Malting. it contains 1% additional fee for using a credit card.

Please note that your card will be charged immediately upon transaction.

Cancellation of the payment
You can cancel your payment and request a refund of a completed payment.

You can request a refund of a completed payment by sending us an email. Use the contact information on the website to send an email. You can request a refund up to 30 days after you pay for your item. The refund will be charged with 0.3% fee of the complete amount. If you sent the payment using a debit or credit card, the refund will credit to the card used. It may take up to 30 days for the card to be credited. If you sent your payment using a bank account and the payment is cancelled, it will be refunded to your bank account. Money will be refunded in the currency you paid; or if we are unable to refund in the currency you paid, in your primary holding currency; or if we are unable to refund in your primary holding currency, then in Euro.

Fixed charge back fee
When you deny a transaction made on your credit or debit card, you can go to the bank that issued your card and ask for your money back. This is called a charge back. Fixed charge back fee is 24 euro. Some examples :
- Fraudulent transaction not authorized by the cardholder
- Double processed payment for the same transaction
- Payment of a previously cancelled subscription
- Delivery of defective goods or insufficient / bad service
- Goods not received or services not rendered
