Brazil: The re-election of Luiz Lula da Silva as President of Brazil is believed to enhance InBev’s earnings

Luiz Lula da Silva's recent re-election should strengthen Brazil's real and help InBev's EBITDA, 44% of which comes from Brazilian beer and soft drinks, says Dresdner Kleinwort, Dow Jones Newswires released October 30.

Analyst adds InBev may be tempted to raise its margin guidance when it posts 3Q results November 9. Keeps ‘buy’ rating, EUR46.60 target. Shares trade -0.1% at EUR43.19.
