Russia: The Middle Ural region increased beer output by 19% in January-September 2006
According to reports provided by the statistical committee of the Middle Ural region, the beer production between January-September 2006 has increased in the region by 19% reaching 1 million hl, The Russian Brewers Union posted October 30.
As Interfax said, brewing company Patra was at the origin of this massive increment in Middle Ural’s beer output. Meanwhile, the second largest brewery in the region, Tagylpivo, has reduced the volumes of the rolled out beer.
