Europe: Barley markets slow

Domestic barley prices increase as domestically too cheap against wheat otherwise little to no activity. French port loadings for July/Sep were 307kt, all but 44kt to Third Countries for EU destinations and compares with 712kt (143kt for Third Countries) for same period last year, according to AgriNews.

Black Sea barley market is slow and the values are all very nominal. Values about $135 fob small ports, buyer/seller $144/$149 fob large.
