Canada: Lakeport Ice now available in 24 pack bottles
Lakeport Brewing Income Fund, an Ontario-based brewer of value-priced quality beer, announced June 20 that Lakeport Ice, which consists of 5.5% alcohol by volume, is now available in the popular 24-bottle pack format. Lakeport Ice will also be priced at 24 for $24, CNW Telbec communicated June 20.
Previously, Lakeport Ice was only available in 12-bottle packs. "Quite simply, Lakeport Ice is on fire!" said George Croft, Lakeport's President and Chief Operating Officer. "Consumers have asked us to sell the brand in a 24-bottle pack. We owe our success to our loyal drinkers, so when they speak, we listen," added Croft.
"The impressive growth of Lakeport Ice demonstrates the strong brand equity of the Lakeport name. Consumers know that Lakeport means great beer at a fair price and they continue to respond," said Teresa Cascioli, Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
