South Africa: SABMiller appoints VWV to produce corporate video

Global brewer, SABMiller plc, the world's second largest international brewer with breweries or distribution agreements in more than 60 countries, has appointed South African communications specialist company VWV to produce its new corporate video, The Screen Africa posted June 01.

As per the brief, the video must embody SABMiller’s recently articulated brand values. This in turn must provide a platform from which to consistently communicate these ideals to international audiences in SABMiller markets spanning five continents.

As footage has to be shot in 13 different countries, two crews of three of VWV’s finest video production experts have been journeying as far as the Canary Islands, Rome, Romania, Slovakia, Budapest, Prague, Poland, Krakow and London in Europe, and Columbia and Peru in South America, Milwaukee in the States, and Johannesburg, Mozambique, and Uganda in Africa.

VWV produced the group’s winning corporate video two-years ago and have staged a number of very successful conferences for the Miller Brewing Company, SABMiller Europe and SAB Limited.
