Nepal: Gorkha Brewery has launched Gorkha Beer

Gorkha Brewery, makers of Carlsberg, Tuborg, and San Miguel beers in Nepal have launched their proposed flagship brand, Gorkha Beer, Nepal Times posted on May 06. Brewed in Nepal using the finest hops, pure water and barley malt, it is available in 650-ml amber bottles and has an alcohol content of 5.5 percent. Gorkha Beer is available in select outlets and there are plans to export it to various Asian and European countries.
