Canada: Russell Breweries Inc announces engagement of corporate development consultancy
Russell Breweries Inc. announced on April 18 that it has engaged the consulting services of RSR Holdings (“RSR”) for its corporate development. RSR has extensive experience in and knowledge of corporate development in the financial industry. The term of the Agreement is for one (1) year period at a monthly fee of $2500, such term to be renewed at the option of Russell Breweries Inc. In addition, Russell has agreed to grant RSR options to purchase 250,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.33 per share, exercisable for a period of five years.
This forms part of the stock option grant that the Company announced in its news release dated April 13, 2006. Russell Brewing Company produces premium draught beer for fine pubs and eateries in British Columbia. Using all natural ingredients and traditional beer-making techniques, Russell beer is brewed for people who love beer. Products include: Russell Cream Ale, Russell Pale Ale, Russell Honey Blonde Ale, Russell Extra Special Lager plus the two seasonal brews, Russell Lemon Ale and Russell Winter Ale.
