India: United Breweries Holdings appoints additional director

United Breweries Holdings Ltd announced on January 3 that Piyush G Mankad has been appointed as an additional director of the company, according to Hindustan Times. The appointment comes into effect from December 30, 2005, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
