USA: Anheuser-Busch ranked number one in Sports Marketing
Anheuser-Busch ranked first as the Corporate Sponsor You Most Want Aligned with Your Property in a recent survey conducted by Street & Smiths Sports Business Journal, according to the Companys announcement of December 1.
A-B gained 20.1 percent of the votes from almost 1,300 readers to finish ahead of Nike (17.2 percent), Coca-Cola (15.4 percent), Pepsi (5.0 percent) and Visa (4.4 percent).
The survey also rated Dale Earnhardt Jr. -- Budweisers NASCAR Nextel Cup driver -- as the Most Marketable Driver in Motorsports, outranking drivers Danica Patrick, Jeff Gordon and Michael Schumacher.
Anheuser-Busch is also a major sponsor or advertiser on all of the Best Sporting Events To Use To Reach Fans as ranked in the poll -- the Super Bowl, NCAA mens basketball tournament, Summer Olympics, World Cup, Daytona 500, World Series and NBA Finals.
