Russia: Sun Interbrew launches a new brand, Tolstiak Krepkoye
Sun Interbrew announced on October 13 the launch of a new brand in SUN Interbrew portfolio.
The new brand in Tolstiak portfolio a light, super-strong beer which has no analogies on the Russian market. Brewing process is based on low-carbohydrate beer technology which makes Tolstiak Krepkoye very easy to drink despite high gravity and alcohol content.
Tolstiak Krepkoye is bottled in 1.5l PET bottles. Its gravity is 16%, alcohol content minimum 8.2%.
Tolstiak Krepkoye is already in the national distribution chain. The launch of the new beer will be supported by a national TV advertising campaign.

Tolstiak is a quality Russian beer with characteristic rich flavour and distinct hops scent. This trademark was first brewed in Saransk in May 1996 and afterwards it grew popular across the country.
