Mexico: Mexican food producer Grupo Herdez ended its distribution contract with Heineken

The Netherland’s Heineken, the world's fourth beermaker terminate its beer distribution contract with Mexican food producer Grupo Herdez SA before October 2005. This was announced to the Mexican stock exchange on August 30 by Herdez.

Heineken shares dropped to 25.96 EUR (-7%).

Herdez has made a mutual agreement with Heineken to end the exclusive contract for Heineken products in Mexico.
