News from e-malt Ukraine: Slavutych beer and non-alcoholic drinks plant denominates shares

During the meeting on May 12 stockholders of the open JSC Slavutych Beer and Non-Alcoholic Drinks Plant (Zaporizhia) decided to denominate their shares by splitting them with a 17 coefficient.

The increase in the amount of shares will make them more attractive, and in future will speed up the procedure of the planned merge of assets of Baltic Beverages Holding in Ukraine, its information department informed the agency. Thus, the total number of shares of the open JSC Slavutych will grow 17 times, their par value will make UAH 1.

At present, the statutory fund of the open JSC Slavutych is worth UAH 197.69 million, which is divided into 11.62 million shares with a par value of UAH 17. After the split, its statutory fund will be divided into 197.69 million shares with a par value of UAH 1.

The meeting also approved the report of the board chairman on the financial and economic activity of the company, the report of the revision commission and the annual balance for 2004. During May 12 trading at the PFTS, the purchase price for Slavutych shares was UAH 60.1, and the sale price was UAH 84.5. The price of the last deal was UAH 76.7 per share.

The Slavutych plant is incorporated into BBH in Ukraine. The group also includes the open JSC Lviv Brewery, the open JSC Slavuta Malt House and Kyiv Slavutych Brewery.
