Russia: BBH has reduced its stake in Vena brewery to 92.61%

OAO Vena brewery, based in St. Petersburg, has recently announced that its shareholder, Swedish group, Baltic Beverages Holding (BBH), has reduced its stake in the charter capital of the Vena brewery from 99.99% to 92.61%.

According to the statement, Vena General Director Pyotr Chernyshev, who was not previously a shareholder, acquired 0.23265% of the brewery.

Vena produces beer, low-alcohol beer and soft drinks.
