Belarus: Malting barley was sown on 77,600 ha so far

According to Ministry of Agriculture of Belarus, as of April 25 malting barley in the Republic has been sown on the area of 77,600 hectares, which is 87.7 % of the forecast. Last year at this date it was sown 82,100 ha of malting barley that is 98% of the target.

Belarus’ farms plan to complete sowing grain-crops by May 1.
