USA: Beer shipments down in January-May and in May alone this year

United States’ Beer Institute has reported its May 2025 estimate of the nation’s beer shipments at 13,200,000 barrels, for a decrease of 2.6% compared to May 2024 removals of 13,550,007.

The January-May beer volume is seen at 58,479,947 barrels, down 5.9% from the same period in 2024.

The June 2025 taxable removals estimate is scheduled to be released on August 5, 2025.
