Admirals Ale will be on sale in the regional brewers estate throughout the summer and through to October when Lord Nelsons victory will be officially commemorated The Publican posted on April 5.
One of the Cornwall brewers pubs, the Blue Anchor at Fraddon, was the first recorded inn that the Kings messenger stopped at for refreshment on his journey from Cornwall to London. As a result St Austell felt that it had to get involved. James Staughton, the brewers managing director, said: With Cornwall playing such an important role, we felt that it was only right that St Austell Brewery took part in the anniversary celebrations.
