Austria: Austria’s beer maker, Brau Union, a Heineken subsidiary, posted on March 29 that its Chief Financial Officer, Wolfgang Berger-Vogel, 64, has resigned. Wolfgang Berger-Vogel worked at Brau Union since November 2003. His successor will be Hans P. van Zon, now the Chief Financial Officer of Heineken unit in Spain, Heineken Espana. Berger-Vogel will continue to sit on several supervisory boards within the Heineken Group.

Brau Union is responsible for Heineken’s business in central and Eastern Europe.
