USA, PA: Space Cadet Brewing Company launching in Philadelphia next month

Philadelphia's newest craft brewery is launching next month, Axios reported on September 3.

Space Cadet Brewing Company will become the latest to join the city's growing beer scene.

The brewery is headed by Richie Tevlin, a classically trained brewer whose worked at Victory Brewing Company and Philadelphia Brewing Company

Tevlin says he is brewing in single, small batch one-offs, which he won't repeat again.

He is planning to release a new beer monthly.

A launch party for the new beer is set for Nov. 1 at Brewerytown's Boozy Mutt.

Tevlin says he hopes to open a taproom and production facility in the region.
