USA, SD: WoodGrain Brewing Company switching ownership
WoodGrain Brewing Company is switching hands after nine years, according to a news release, Keloland.com reported.
Co-owners Jason Currie-Olson and Ryan Van Tol are selling their shares to business partner Steve Hartman, giving him sole proprietorship of the brewery moving forward.
We have worked really hard and been very proud of the brewery we opened. The atmosphere
weve developed, the community weve nurtured, and the products we have created are some of
the best in the area, said co-owner Jason Currie-Olson. We look forward to this next stage of
WoodGrain Brewing Co. and cant wait to see how the brewery grows under Steves direction, they said in the release.
The brewery will celebrate its ninth year of business with events on Saturday, September 7.
