Brazil, Sao Paulo: Companhia de Bebidas das Americas - AmBev announced on February 14 that the Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios (CVM) has approved the terms and conditions for the offer that InBev SA/NV is to make for common shares issued by AmBev. The offer details are available at the websites of AmBev (www.ambev-ir.com) and CVM (www.cvm.gov.br).
