Canada, ON: Decew Falls Brewing opens taproom and retail store in St Catharines
A brewery from four friends with a passion for family, sports, & great craft beer has announced the opening of its taproom and retail store in St. Catharines, the Canadian Beer News reported on August 16.
Decew Falls Brewing launched in 2017 with the release of Morningstar Cream Ale (5.4% abv), but has not had a space to welcome customers in person until now.
Brewmaster James Woodruff has a half-dozen beers currently available including Morningstar, 32K IPA (6.5% abv), Copper Beech Red Ale (4.7% abv), Merritts Wheat Ale (5.1% abv), North Street Lager (4.5% abv), and Sir Isaacs Pale Ale (5.5% abv), all named after local historic people and places.
The taproom also offers a full food menu, and branded merchandise including shirts, hats, and glassware are available in the retail shop along with canned beer and growlers.
Decew Falls Brewing is located at 207 St. Paul St. W. in St. Catharines, and is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 11:00 PM, and and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM.
