USA, TN: Star Spangled Brewing Company opens new brewery in downtown Clarksville
Star Spangled Brewing Company has opened its new brewery in downtown Clarksville, and owner Josh Romaker was more than excited, the Clarksville Now reported on February 18.
This one is a unique location just due to the fact of the proximity of downtown and the new convention center, he said. When you come into the brewery, youre going to find that its a 1970s camping-themed tap room, Romaker said.
One of the many highlights of the tap room is a 1977 Airstream used as a bar and serving area. Romaker said he purchased the 31-foot Excella 50 Airstream and cut it down to be used inside the tap room.
Star Spangled cut a ribbon with the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce this weekend at the new location, 614 N. Spring St.
They will be open Saturday, Feb. 19, at noon and then on Wednesdays and Thursdays 3-8 p.m., Fridays 3-10 p.m., Saturdays noon-10 p.m., and Sundays noon-7 p.m.
