Canada, ON: Silver Stacks Brewing to open in London in January
A new multi-use complex being developed in the former Kellogg cereal factory in London is set to include a craft brewery, Canadian Beer News reported on August 17.
As reported by the London Free Press, Silver Stacks Brewing is being established by Matt and Kristin Buckley, a couple who also own Tobermory Brewing which opened just over two years ago in Tobermory.
Planned to open in January, Silver Stacks will feature a 25 hectolitre brewhouse, tap room, and retail store, and will be one of the key tenants at the newly named 100 Kellogg facility.
Another big attraction at the site will be The Factory, a 15,400-square-metre entertainment venue that will feature North Americas largest indoor ropes course, a trampoline park, electric go-karts, mini-golf, escape rooms, axe-throwing, an arcade and a toddler soft play area.
