Canada, NS: FirkinStein Brewing opens second location in downtown Bridgewater
Three months after it was originally announced, Nova Scotia nanobrewery FirkinStein Brewing has opened a second and publicly accessible location in downtown Bridgewater, Canadian Beer News reported on July 4.
Since its launch in September 2015, FirkinStein had been selling growlers to customers exclusively via home delivery and farmers market sales.
The new facility at 673 King St. includes a retail shop selling growlers and bottles, a taproom, and a 300-litre pilot brewing system.
The new location had a soft opening on July 1st, with official operating hours expected to be announced this week.
