USA, NC: Tarboro Brewing Company getting ready to open second location
Tarboro Brewing Company is getting into the taco business.
Owners Inez and Stephen Ribustello announced Wednesday that they will open a second location of their popular brewery at the Rocky Mount Mills Campus. TBC West, a new brewery and taco concept, will open March 10, WRAL.com reported on March 1.
“We have always believed success derives from being very intentional in our growth, sourcing our ingredients locally, supporting our community and developing partnerships with the best organizations possible,” Inez Ribustello said.
Tarboro Brewing Company's main taproom and brewing facility will remain in Tarboro alongside the couple's On the Square restaurant.
TBC West, located at 1121 Falls Road, will have a seasonally changing menu of artisan tacos and a rotating tap of beers made the main brewing facility in Tarboro. There will also be some small batch beers produced at the Rocky Mount Mills location.
"Coming to the Mills campus will allow us to experiment with new styles of beer and exchange ideas with the other brewers, students at the Nash Community College 360 Brewing and Distillation Program and a new audience coming to the Mills," Stephen Ribustello said.
