USA: The chairman of Boston Beer Co. wants to increase sales of the company’s Samuel Adams beer by 6% a year. Jim Koch was speaking on February 18 at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York conference in Phoenix. He added that he wanted to increase sales of Sam Adams Light to increase even more than Samuel Adams. Samuel Adams accounts for about 94% of Boston Beer's total sales, he said
