Denmark's Carlsberg Breweries have bought 21.19% share of the Turkish brewer Turk Tuborg from the Investor George Soros’s Quantum Fund. This purchase follows Carlsberg’s call for the remaining 5626 billion Tuborg shares announced after it acquired a controlling 50.01%. The call was announced on August 31. The call price was 13,466 lira per 1,000 lira nominal share on September 4.
