Sun Interbrew, the Russian brewer, has acquired a 7.89% government-owned stake of the Perm Brewery, according to a statement on the Interfax news agency. The acquisition made Sun Interbrew the absolute owner of the Brewery. Sun Interbrew's subsidiary, Sun Ventures Limited, already controls 92.11% of Perm Brewery.
