Barley news Ukraine: Fewer companies will pretend for barley export licenses/quotes

New stage of wheat, barley and maize export licenses/quotes obtaining began, Agroperspectiva reported on January 15. Judging by applications submission preliminary procedure, number of companies able to pretend for licenses/quotes obtaining will be much down against expected.

Feed barley market exporters activity was targeted at internal elevators due to port grain storage facilities remained overloaded with earlier shipped grain owing to grain export impossibility. There were just a few separate low-tonnage CPT port feed barley deliveries.

Exporters purchase prices ranged within UAH700–760 per MT, CPT port.

US$ prices were US$180–190 per MT (FOB)/US$170–180 per MT (CPT port).
